Training Overview
Infertility and reproductive loss shake the very foundations of identity, purpose, and connection. As counselors, we often meet clients in the depths of uncertainty, grief, and longing—when language itself can fail. This live, interactive workshop offers a deeply clinical and compassionate framework for helping clients rewrite their reproductive stories through the lens of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Participants will learn how to integrate ACT principles—acceptance, values-based living, mindfulness, and psychological flexibility—into the nuanced, emotionally charged context of reproductive struggle. This is not just theory: you’ll gain practical interventions, case examples, and experiential exercises to immediately use in your practice.
